Covid-19 Store Update
COVID-19 Update
We wanted to reach out to our wonderful customers regarding COVID-19. As with many, we’re concerned about the corona-virus and monitoring it closely. Information is changing rapidly, but we wanted to inform you about measures we’re taking our store:
We are OPEN!
As of now, our Vestal and Ithaca locations will be open 8-5 Monday thru Friday and 8-3 on Saturdays. In Corning we will be open 10-4 Monday thru Friday and 9-1 on Saturdays. We are operating at full capacity and have a full staff here.
Services
Provided
All services are still being provided including:
equipment rental and sales, small engine repair, propane sales, Uhaul
rentals, Husqvarna equipment sales and services, delivery, and party
& event planning. If you have specific service questions, please
feel free to give us a call!
Cleaning
& sanitizing procedures
We are taking active measures to
frequently clean high touch areas including (but not limited to) door
handles, bathroom faucets, counters and other commonly touched areas.
All equipment will be sanitized before rental. We have provided our
teams with sanitizers and are encouraging all to use sanitizer and
wash their hands frequently. We are also encouraging staff members
who are sick to stay home.
Hand
sanitizer for customers
We
have provided hand sanitizer throughout our store for customers to
use. We encourage customers to use it as often as they see fit. We
encourage you all to keep distance from each other when visiting our
store.
Special
Precautions
If you do not feel comfortable coming in our
store, you can request outdoor pickup, where we will bring equipment
to you vehicle and complete the transaction there. We are also able
to offer delivery upon special request during the Corona-virus
crisis. Please call our store to make specific arrangements.
